Raoultella ornithinolytica and application thereof

The invention discloses raoultella ornithinolytica and application thereof to catalyze alpha-amino-nitrile substrates (2-amino-4(Hydroxyethyl methyl phosphoryl)-butyronitrile) for preparing L-2-amino-4(hydroxyethyl methyl phosphoryl)-butyric acid as L-glufosinate-ammonium important chiral precursors. The invention provides a raoultella ornithinolytica strain ZJB-16008 which is capable of generating nitrilase. The invention also provides a method for preparing the L-2-amino-4(hydroxyethyl methyl phosphoryl)-butyric acid as the L-glufosinate-ammonium important chiral precursors by using wet thalli (obtained through fermenting and culturing raoultella ornithinolytica ZJB-16008) as biocatalysts for catalyzing 2-amino-4(Hydroxyethyl methyl phosphoryl)-butyronitrile; important application prospects are realized.
