Федеральный закон «о развитии сельского хозяйства»: пробелы и противоречия

The importance of the law «On the development of Agriculture» from the government, political social and economic points of view is stressed. It is pointed out that the problems of the agrarian sector of economy as well as the conceptually categorial mechanism are being critically assessed especially from the legal point of view. Only the articles of the 13-th law «Stat support to the measures on the increase of farm lands fertility» and «Farm lands protection» are analysed by the authors.
