Signal interface with the type of protection "intrinsically safe"

2004
Proposed a signaling interface with the type of protection "intrinsically safe", comprising a power source, a multi-level comparator, the inverter intended for feeding the power source voltage and having at paraphase output AC voltage divider node and ANTI-SPARK node, wherein ANTI-SPARK node is connected to a separating unit, for which is connected by means of said inverter power source that feeds also multilevel comparator whose inputs are connected to one of the outputs of said converter, the other output of said inverter coupled to further feedback circuit to the inputs of multilevel comparator, outputs of which are fitted with semiconductor switches are switched in accordance with the notifications in an intrinsically safe circuit, and further has a remote switching node directly connected to the spark protection unit and ensuring consistent switching spark protection unit input / output I / Os intrinsically safe chains. Sequential switching in the proposed interface is performed by the programmable microcontroller. Sequential switching one at the intrinsically safe circuit loads without allowing the accumulation of energy exceeding the threshold value at the initiation of the explosion of an explosive mixture in the protected object, to create the necessary loads for initiating energy pulses, which increases the number of controlled and managed objects from a single interface.
