A characterization of band-limited L p function and its applications

Using the ideas of Shannon-Nyquist sampling theorem, we give a characterization for the band-limited L p functions. As applications, we obtain some new estimates for the Schrodinger equation such as Strichartz type estimate and reverse Strichartz type estimate, and simple proof for some known estimates.
