The 2012 SDKI showed that the MMR in Indonesia was 359 per 100,000 live births. MMR in NTB Province reaches 100 per 100,000 live births. Bleeding causes maternal death, anemia and chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women are the main causes of bleeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of anemic pregnant women and the growth of fetal abdominal circumference. The research design was analytic observational using cross sectional with a sample size of 30 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the length of the study was February-May 2019. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed that the highest level of nutritional status of the respondents was 18 people (60.0 %). Most of the growth in fetal abdominal circumference did not match each ultrasound, namely 17 (56.7%), 23 (76.7%), 27 (90.0%). The results of statistical tests on the nutritional status of anemic pregnant women with fetal abdominal circumference growth showed p = 0.048 on ultrasound I, p = 0.031 on ultrasound II and p = 0.010 on ultrasound III (p < = 0.05). There is a relationship between the nutritional status of anemic pregnant women and the growth of fetal abdominal circumference Health Center in 2019.
