1, 6-Fructose Diphosphate on Mice Doxorubicin Acute Myocardial Injury Prevention and Cure Function Research

2013
Objection To explore the possibility mechanisms that adriamycin induces acute cardiac muscle injury and that FDP alleviate the cardiac muscle injury. Methods 48 healthy Kunming mice were divided into three groups randomly, viz. ADR group, FDP group and NS group. Each group consisted of 16 mice, and female and male accounted for half respectively. ADR group and FDP group were all injected ADR (30mg/kg) in abdominal cavity only once, and FDP group was injected FDP (1100mg/kg﹒time) three times (1 time every two days),while NS group was only injected equal NS. Results On the sixth day of the experiment, the content of the MDA in the myocardium increased and that of the GSH decreased in ADR group, and those changes were slight in the FDP group. Conclusion The increase of peroxidation and the decrease of antioxidation maybe participated in the acute cardiac muscle injury caused by ADR. Moreover, the decrease of the peroxidation and the increase of antioxidation ability may be one of the mechanisms by which FDP can alleviate the cardiac muscle injury resulted from ADR.
