The invention relates to a measurement circuit for a submarine three-component magnetometer. The circuit comprises a power circuit, a sensor signal collection circuit, a data transmission and storage circuit, and a main control circuit. The power circuit comprises a +13V output power circuit, a -13V output power circuit, a +5V output power circuit, a +3.3V output power circuit, a +6.5V buffering voltage circuit, a +5V bias voltage output circuit, and a +2.5V reference voltage power circuit. The sensor signal collection circuit comprises a digital-analog conversion circuit and three signal-conditioning circuits in the same structure. The circuit employs a fluxgate sensor from Bartington Company (UK), employs the characteristics of high sensitivity, high resolution and low power consumption of the fluxgate sensor, and achieves the measurement of submarine three-component magnetic forces.
