Fuselage structure of octorotor unmanned aerial vehicle

2016
The invention relates to a fuselage structure of an octorotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The fuselage structure comprises a vehicle body, a flight control cabin, battery compartments, a parachute cabin, several foldable arms, undercarriages, several propellers and a power unit for driving the propellers to rotate. The foldable arms and the vehicle body can rotate relative to each other. The foldable arms and the vehicle body are connected through reinforced vertical plates and carbon fiber cards. The outer end of each foldable arm is connected to two propellers. The flight control cabin, the battery compartments and the parachute cabin are respectively arranged inside the vehicle body. Each foldable arm is provided with pneumatic thermovents. Connecting pieces used on the vehicle body all adopt the carbon fiber cards for connection. Thus, strength is guaranteed, and interference of metal connecting pieces with an airborne magnetic compass is avoided as much as possible. According to the fuselage structure of the large-load octorotor unmanned aerial vehicle which is convenient to use and transport, metal connecting pieces are less used, and an electron speed regulator which needs to dissipate is arranged in an air duct between an inlet and an outlet.
