Cardiac sarcoidosis has a wide range of manifestations. Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography (PET) scan and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) are the two major diagnostic modalities for cardiac sarcoidosis, but may not detect isolated conduction system involvement. A 55 year
