The Influence of QTL - Linkage Analysis by Selection

In this paper, the effect that selection exerts on individual reorganizing frequency of a collective and location of QTL genes is studied theoretically under flanking markers, The result shows that selection has no effect on location of QTL genes but can affect the defection result of QTL genes.
