in this article problems of introductions of medical Computer science in educational process of medical school for realization continuity between education and practical application of Medical information system are expounded. There are reported about teaching of medical Computer science course in Kazan State Medical University (On chair «Public health and organization of health services with course medical Computer science»). Program of course and subjects of practical employment (occupation), including study of Medical information system are shined.
