丹参酮IIA磺酸钠对 NPDR 患者视网膜血流动力学的影响

2015
Objective To evaluate the effects of sulfotanshinone sodium ( STS) on retinal hemodynamics in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( NPDR) patients. Methods Forty NPDR patients were treated with STS and routine hy-poglycemic treatments. The retinal hemodynamics of central retinal artery ( CRA) and central retinal vein ( CRV) were an-alyzed before and after the treatment and were compared with healthy control group. Results Before treatment, the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and mean velocity (MV) of CRA were lower in NPDR patients. The resistance index ( RI) and pulsatility index ( PI) of CRA were higher in NPDR patients.PSV, EDV and MV of CRV were higher and RI and PI were lower in NPDR patients. These differences were significant ( P <0.01 and P <0.05). After STS treatment, PSV, EDV and MV of CRA and RI and PI of CRV increased, while RI and PI of CRA and PSV, EDV and MV of CRV decreased. These changes were significant ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion STS improves retinal hemodynamics and retinal microcirculation in NPDR patients.
