With use of the Scale of basic belief, the Questionnaire of Self-organising of Activity and test Hardiness parametres of personal potential of first-year students in their interrelation with results of the Uniform Graduation Examination, the first and second sessions at university are studied. The problem of influence of personal potential on examination productivity is discussed.
