Transcatheter valve-in-valve (ViV) replacement is a possible treatment strategy in patients with failing bioprosthetic aortic valve. ViV procedures carry specific anatomical challenges, for example, risk of coronary artery obstruction, limitation of valve expansion, and patient-prosthesis mismatch.
