Proportioning of Marine High Performance Concrete for φ3.8 m Bored Piles

To ensure the smooth concreting of the φ3.8 m bored piles for the approach bridge of the Jiashao Bridge over the north shore water area,the proportioning of the marine durable high-performance concrete of high flowability,long time concreting and in particular corrosive environment is studied.The concrete is proportioned on the principles that the guarantee of durability of the structure is the primary concern and the concrete should have good corrosion resistance,stable volume and good cracking resistance.6 proposals of different mix proportioning are compared,comprehensively analyzed from aspect of the strength,durability and workability and 3 proposals are finally chosen for the construction.Practice proves that the casting of the proportioned concrete is smooth,the inspection results of the completed piles are all of type Ⅰ piles,the durability and 28 d compressive strength are qualified after inspection and the anticipated effect has been reached.
