The invention discloses a fast seedling raising method for promoting sprouts of clustered bamboo in a garden. The method adopts a clustered bamboo seedling as a mother plant propagating material for being planted in the garden; when a sprouted stem base of a bamboo shoot finishes pushing and extends to grow into a new bamboo, the base part of the stem is cut so as to quicken the maturing of a stump of the new bamboo and cytomin is applied simultaneously so as to promote the fast sprouting of a bamboo bud on the stump; the operation is repeated during the growing period of the bamboo so as to cause the new bamboo and the mother to continuously promote sprouting and proliferate; after half a year, the new bamboo which is relatively small is not trimmed; and when the new bamboo has roots andlateral branches, the new bamboo is replanted in a seedling raising pot so as to be cultured into a pot type seedling of a complete plant.
