Measurements of Important Minor Constituents in the Middle Atmosphere.

Abstract : This final report summaries two major projects. The first is the design and development of a ground based microwave radiometer for the measurement of water vapor in the middle atmosphere. The second is the detailed study of the possible existence of small ice particles in the mesosphere under normal conditions as has been hypothesized by D-region electrical structure measurements.
