Improvement of Surface Quality of ZG0Cr16Ni4NbCu3 Precision Castings Using Vacuum Melting and Pouring Process

In order to eliminate the surface flaw,such as oxide slag,cavity,rust and so on,in the precision castings of stainless steel ZG0Cr17Ni4NiCu3,some improvements in production and melting process were tested,and a effective way using vacuum melting and pouring process to solve those casting flaw and enhance castings overall forming quality was put forward.
