An Improved Technique for Arthroscopic Resection of the Acromioclavicular Joint

2003
Abstract Resection is the accepted treatment for arthritis of the acromioclavicular joint. It may be performed either open or arthroscopically. During arthroscopic resection, visualizing the superior aspect of the joint and determining the limit of resection can be difficult. We describe a new technique to improve visualization during the procedure.
