Структурные аспекты окислительного стресса в предстательной железе при адаптации организма к низким сезонным температурам и после адаптации

2012
The morphological features of the rat prostate in oxidative stress caused the body’s adaptation to low temperatures has been studied. By methods of morphological analysis was established that oxidative stress leads to increasedproliferative andsecretory activity ofglandulare-pithelium ofthe prostate, which further leads to the developmentof hypertrophyand focalhyperplasiaof the epithelium. After 8weeks after theadaptationto thebackground ofprolongedoxidative stress inprostateg-landular epitheliumbydegenerative changesto themassive loss ofepitheli-al cells is dominated, the proliferativepotential of theglandular epithelium is inhibited, diffusefibrosis of the glands stromadeveloped. Thus, oxidative stress violatesa dynamic balancebetween the processes ofcell proliferation andcell death in the glandular epithelium ofthe prostate, causes changes in thestromalmicroenvironment of the prostate.
