Membrane with integrated permeate channel, comprising a permeate channel comprising a 3D spacer fabric having an upper surface and a lower surface of the fabric (2, 3) connected together and separated by a monofilament threads (4) a predetermined distance, wherein said permeate channel is arranged between two membrane layers (12, 13), and that said membrane layers are bonded to said upper and lower surfaces of the fabric by a lot of points and said loops are embedded in said membrane layers.
