Th invention discloses a vascular stent delivery system. The vascular stent delivery system can comprise a shell, an outer sleeve, an inner tube and a driving component; the outer sleeve is located outside the shell and connected with the shell through a stress dispersion component, and the stress dispersion component is used for dispersing stress concentrated at the joint of the outer sleeve and the shell; one part of the inner tube is located in the shell, and one end of the inner tube can extend into the interior of the outer sleeve; one part of the driving component is located in the shell and is in operational connection with the part, located inside the shell, of the inner tube, and the driving component is used for driving the inner tube to move in the axial direction in the outer sleeve. The stress concentrated at the joint of the outer sleeve and the shell is dispersed through the stress dispersion component, and it is guaranteed that a tube body is not likely to be broken while the flexibility of the tube body is guaranteed.
