La Peyronie disease ( Induratio penis plastic ), is a developmental condition with acquired fibrotic changes and development of a fibrous plaque (fibrous inelastic scar) on the tunica albuginea of the penis. The Peyronie disease is mostly observable at the men of their middle ages ( 50-60 years ) in Caucasian race (1).
