Steam waste heat recovery of dissolved and diluted slurry

The invention relates to a steam waste heat recovery method of dissolved and diluted slurry in production of aluminum oxide. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of pumping an evaporating original fluid by an evaporating original fluid pump to a heat exchanging device of a backup diluting tank of a dissolving workshop for heat exchange and temperature rise with dead steam and returning to an evaporating original fluid tank. According to the invention, steam heat energy is used adequately, so that energy conservation and emission reduction, cost decrease and benefit increase and economic benefit are promoted. Based on 2000 thousand aluminum oxide tons per year, about 13,840,000 yuan can be saved per year. Meanwhile, the discharge temperature of smoke is reduced, and the environment is continuously improved. The method is low in investment, simple to implement, can be applied to the same industry, and greater social and economic benefits can be obtained.
