Расчет напряженно-деформированного состояния байонетного затвора мембранного аппарата комбинированного типа

The strength and rigidity of the bayonet for combined type membrane device was calculated. The main units of the membrane device are the upper and lower covers interconnected via a bayonet lock ring a short thin cylindrical shell with a ring at one end, and teeth at the other. The ring is loaded from the side of the teeth by a regular load. The previous calculation of the stress-strain state of bayonet was carried out as a smooth short cylindrical shell, excluding the effect of uneven load on one of the loaded shell loops. The presented calculations of bayonet allowed estimating stress-strain state of the structure with regular loading. It is shown that under such load, stresses and displacements are significantly different from the results obtained by axisymmetric loading excluding the effect of uneven loads.
