Twin-screw air compressor
2010
A twin-screw air compressor belongs to air compressors and comprises compressor main-machine parts and a driving part, wherein the compressor main-machine parts comprise a machine body, a male rotor, a female rotor, an air suction end cover, an air exhaust end cover and an air exhaust cover. The characteristics of the twin-screw air compressor are as follows: a permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the driving part and comprises a motor casing, a rear motor cover, a front motor cover, a stator part, a rotator part and a motor shaft; the rear motor cover and the front motor cover are respectively arranged on a left port and a right port in the length direction of the motor casing; the motor casing is fixed on the air suction end cover; the stator part is arranged in the cavity of the motor casing and fixed with the inner wall of the motor casing; the motor shaft is formed by the extension of a male rotor shaft of the male rotor toward the direction of the cavity of the motor casing; and the rotor part is arranged on the motor shaft and corresponds to the stator part. The advantages are as follows: the defect of low efficiency of the original asynchronous motor is overcome; the volume of the whole machine is small and various flexible arrangement ways can be realized; the motor shaft is prevented from being magnetized, so that the motor can work normally; and the cost is low and the operation stability of the compressor can be improved.
