Design and Application of Bell-Type Furnace Control System

According to the craft process and control requirement for the annealing of copper strip,the control system based on S7-300 PLC was designed.The control process of bell-type annealing was introduced,the hardware configuration and software design were described.Then,by the use of intelligent temperature controller FP93,the high precision temperature control was realized.The configurati on software was used to realize the PC monitoring and management system,combining Fieldbus with industrial Ethernet.The production practice shows that the system can meet the requirements,and has advantages of high automaticity,good reliability,and convenience of management.
