An object of the present invention, without reducing the quality of the fiber composite resin sheet, is to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a fiber composite resin sheet. Fiber composite resin sheet manufacturing apparatus 100 according to the present invention comprises a resin precursor impregnated fabric feeding unit 110, energy ray irradiation unit 130 and the heating unit 140. Resin precursor impregnated fabric feeding unit 110 sends a resin precursor impregnated fabric 152 which is cured by heating and energy ray irradiation in one direction. Energy ray irradiation unit 130 irradiates the energy beam on the resin precursor impregnated fabric 152, to semi-cure the resin precursor composition in the resin precursor impregnated fabric 152. Heating unit 140 is disposed on the resin precursor impregnated fabric feeding direction downstream side of the energy ray irradiation unit 130. Then, the heating unit 140 heats the resin precursor composition which is semi-cured by energy ray irradiation unit 130 is completely cured the resin precursor composition.
