On Improving the Director Liability Insurance System in China

As a new emerging "borrowed" professional liability insurance system in China,the director liability insurance is worth being studied in order to make it localized.Through a comparative research,the author puts forward some suggestions for subject identification,insurance scope and share of premium burden in the director liability insurance system.
