The present invention discloses a method of preparation and application of the modified polar hypercrosslinked resin. Preparation of polar-modified resins crosslinked ultrahigh method is 4-vinylbenzyl chloride, acrylate and divinylbenzene on the triple suspension copolymerization, to obtain terpolymer resin precursor; resulting terpolymer resin precursor Lewis under acid catalysis, for Friedel-Crafts reaction, to give hypercrosslinked resin; a crosslinked resin obtained after ultra placed amination swelling agent, amination reaction, to obtain high surface area and large pore volume, and pore size suitable polar and polar-modified ultrahigh size of the crosslinked resin, the polar modified aromatic polar organic compound ultra-small molecule crosslinked resin may be used for adsorption of having broad application prospects. In addition, preparation of modified polar resin crosslinked ultrahigh simple, low cost, industrial production.
