Piezoelectric properties of glassceramic based on lithium tetraborate

Abstract The preparation and study of a glassceramic based on lithium tetraborate was carried out. It was shown that due to favourable piezoelectric properties this material has good prospects for use as acoustoelectric transducer in devices such as hydrophones.
