Method and docking device of an additional tubular element on a tubular structure also for the subsequent assembly of these components. It begins with the additional element in the extension of the structure and at a small distance therefrom and then, after having equipped firstly the upper part of the element of a device retention while leaving free said element in translation, then secondly, the areas near the two components, each of a box spring, and connected to the two beams by means of jacks, it is applied by the cylinders efforts compression which has the effect of initially tilting the additional element so as to bring its end facing the structure to complete contact thereof, whereupon said compression forces lock together the two components in the presence. The invention finds its principal application in bonding material by welding of additional elements on a driving current of immersion.
