A study is to look into organization and job displacement intention by a duty between the service departments of airline employee. In order to attain the goal of research relates with this subject investigated theoretically and actual proof research. Frist, it was a duty characteristic affecting a duty between the service departments of first airline to organization had a difference. The second it was a colleague affecting a duty between the service departments of airline to organization had a difference. The service station of airline work circle the job satisfaction affects in unemployment intention had a difference. The development program discriminated by an each duty in order to accomplish a management result of an organization. Lastly colleagues and a program for a related rage recovery are necessary.
