One kind tiltrotor conveyor layout scheme, comprising a body, front wing, the wing, the wing connected to the front and rear end plates, the vertical tail, rotors, before the wing flaps, wing flaps, the tilting spindle , the engine, the engine small angle rotating mechanism, rudder slipstream, the slipstream rudder and rudder; front wing connected to the fuselage, the tail and the vertical tilting spindle; leading and trailing ends of the front and rear of the fuselage, the wing front aileron the wings are attached to the front and rear; vertical tail fuselage mounted tail end, mounted on the vertical tail rudder, the tilting spindle and the small angle rotating mechanism engine screwed; rotor output shaft of the engine is installed; slipstream rudder spindle mounted tiltably the slipstream slipstream rudder surface mounted on the rudder. One kind of method for controlling the tilting of the rotor conveyor which has five steps. The present invention addresses and aerodynamic interference between modal conversion rotor wing, the transport capacity and the organic binding joined wing VTOL capability to form a new species of the conveyor.
