Soybean fiber knitted terry and production technology thereof

The invention relates to a soybean fiber knitted scalelike fabric and a production technology thereof. The knitted scalelike fabric is formed by knitting facial yarn and bottom yarn and is of a scalelike texture structure, the bottom yarn is pure soybean fiber spun yarn, and the facial yarn is preferably cotton yarn. The production technology of the soybean fiber knitted scalelike fabric comprises the following steps: weaving a grey fabric, pre-treating purified enzyme and deoxidizing, dyeing and soaping deoxidized enzyme. The soybean fiber knitted scalelike fabric comprises front cotton and back soybean fibers and can ensure a constant color phase at the front and the back, and both sides of the knitted scalelike fabric can be dyed with the same shallow medium color after being in one bath once, thereby overcoming the problem of two phases easily generated during blended spinning or union dyeing. The soybean fibers are adopted as the bottom yarn to fully exert the advantages of good warmth retention property, soft hand feeling and wearing comfort.
