การใช้สื่อการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2 มิติ เพื่อป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปากในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน: ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันโรค

โรคมอเทาปาก พบมากในเดกวยกอนเรยน มสาเหตจากการสมผสเชอไวรสเขาสรางกาย การรกษามเพยงรกษาตามอาการและปองกนการเปนซำดงนนการใหความรเกยวกบโรคและการปองกน แกเดกจงมความจำเปน โดยปจจบนพบวายงไมมสอทใชสอนเดกวยกอนเรยน เรองโรคมอเทาปาก การวจยนเปนการวจยกงทดลอง แบบกลมเดยววดผลกอนและหลง มวตถประสงคเพอเปรยบเทยบความรเรองโรคและการปฏบตตวเพอปองกนโรคมอเทาปากของเดกวยกอนเรยน กอนและหลงการรบชมสอ และวดระดบความพงพอใจของเดกวยกอนเรยนทมตอสอแอนเมชน 2 มต เรองโรคมอเทาปาก กลมตวอยางเปนเดกวยกอนเรยนทมอายอยในชวง 3-7 ป จำนวน 186 คน เครองมอทใชในการวจยไดแก แบบประเมนความรและการปฏบตตวเพอปองกนโรคมอเทาปาก และแบบวดความพงพอใจตอสอแอนเมชน 2 มต เรองโรคมอเทาปาก วเคราะหขอมลโดยใชสถตพรรณนา และการเปรยบเทยบคาเฉลยของกลมตวอยาง 2 กลม ทไมเปนอสระตอกนโดยใช Dependent t-test ผลการศกษาสรปไดดงน 1) คะแนนความรและการปฏบตตวเพอปองกนโรคมอเทาปากหลงการชมสอแอนเมชน 2 มต (M = 8.39, SD= 1.62) มากกวากอนการชมสอ (M = 6.91, SD= 1.87) อยางมนยสำคญทางสถต ( t (185)= -9.55, p < .001), 2) เดกกอนวยเรยน รอยละ 96.8 (N=186) มความพงพอใจตอสอแอนเมชน 2 มตเรองโรค มอเทาปาก โดยรวมอยในระดบมาก Using Two-Dimension Cartoon Animation in order to Prevent the “Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease” (HFMD) among Pre-School Children : Knowledge for practice in Preventing HFDM Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) usually occurs among preschool children. Enterovirus infectionis the most commoncauseof HFMD. There isnospecific treatment for theinfectionother thansupportivetreatmentand recurrent preventionof the disease. Health education about HFMD and the prevention of the disease is very important. However, thereisnostudythat focusesonusing the mediato promoteknowledgeabout HFMD among preschool children. This study (One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design) is quasiexperimental. It tries toevaluatetheeffectofusingtwo-dimension (2D) cartoonanimation in order to prevent HFMD among preschool children. The study includes work on both knowledge and knowledgeof practice in preventing HFMD among preschool children, as it also evaluates the children’s satisfaction about the animation. A total of 186 Thai preschool children, aged between 3-7 years, were recruited to participate. There were only three (3) research instruments. The first was of the 2D cartoon animation about HFMD. The second was the test of knowledge and practice to prevent HFMD, and questionnaire regarding satisfaction of the cartoon animation. The data were analyzed using descriptivestatistics, and dependent t-test. Theresultsof this study wereas followed: 1) themeanscoreofknowledgeto prevent HFMD after watchingthe2D cartoonanimation (M= 8.39, SD= 1.62) was significantly higher than before watching it (M = 6.91, SD= 1.87) (t (185) = -9.55, p < .001). 2), and 2) most of the preschool children 96.8 % (n=186) expressed their satisfactionabout thecartoonanimationso weconcludethat itefficiently prevents HFMD among preschool children.
