Reversible Dioxygen Binding and Phenol Oxygenation in a Tyrosinase Model System

The first dinuclear complex to exhibitboth fully reversible dioxygen binding behavior and tyrosinase-like activity on exogenous phenolic compounds (see figure; Bz=1-methylbenzimidazole) is reported.
