A method for manufacturing a polymer film, the method having a flow casting step for flow-casting a dope including an organic-solvent-soluble resin and a polymerizable compound and forming a web, an ultraviolet irradiation step for irradiating the web with ultraviolet rays and obtaining a reaction rate of 3% to 30% in the polymerizable compound, and a heating step for heating the ultraviolet-irradiated web at a temperature of 140°C or higher and obtaining a polymer film.
