Estimating Percentiles of Skewed Data

Abstract : This report documents the experimental and theoretical approaches taken in developing the Nonparametric Percentile (Program NPPCTL) computer program. The developed computer program computes the percentile estimates of the sample data using both the Gaussian method and the nonparametric method described in this report. The report also describes the basic equations for the nonparametric method and provides a guide to the use of the computer program (NPPCTL) in addition to the source code listing.
