Clinical observation of lactulose oral solution on prevention of constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of lactulose oral solution in preventing from astriction in acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods Ninety patients of acute myocardial infarction were divided equally into two groups,control guop was nursed as regular,therapy group added lactulos 15 mL,twice a day.Results The incidence rate of astriction of therapy group was more significantly reduced than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Lactulose oral solution can preventing from astriction in acute myocardial infarction patients,it is convenient and acceptable.
