Photovoltaic component adopting glass fibre honeycomb material as cell packaging bottom-lining base board
2011
The embodiment of the utility model discloses a photovoltaic component adopting a glass fibre honeycomb material as a cell packaging bottom-lining base board, wherein the cell packaging bottom-lining base board comprises two glass fibre boards and a core material fixedly connected between the two glass fibre boards, and the cross section of the core material is honeycombed by a plurality of regular hexagons. The cell packaging bottom-lining base board of the photovoltaic component adopts the glass fibre boards with very small density as the main material, so that the weight of the cell packaging bottom-lining base board is greatly reduced; in the prior art, the weight of a cell packaging bottom-lining base board accounts for most of the overall weight of a photovoltaic component, so that the overall weight of the photovoltaic component can be effectively reduced when the weight of the cell packaging bottom lining base board is reduced; and in the embodiment of the utility model, the core material, of which the cross section is honeycombed by the regular hexagons, is arranged between the two layers of glass fibre boards, so that the strength of the cell packaging bottom lining base board is greatly improved.
