The dissimilar metal structure forming method is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing a plurality of elements, wherein the elements comprise at least one first element and a plurality of second elements, each first element is made of a first material, and each second element is made of a second element; stacking the elements into a preset shape; packaging the elements which are stacked into the preset shape into a prefabricating blank; welding interfaces of the elements by forge welding, so as to prepare the prefabricating blank into a blank.
