Non-sparking concrete prepared by utilizing machine-made sand and preparation method thereof

2016
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and specifically relates to a non-sparking concrete prepared by utilizing machine-made sand and a preparation method thereof. The non-sparking concrete provided by the invention is composed of the following components in parts by weight on the basis that the weight of the cement is 1: 1 part of the cement, 0.54 to 0.85 part of water, 3.6 to 4.9 parts of coarse aggregate, 2.8 to 4.1 parts of fine aggregate and 0.006 to 0.018 part of an additive. The non-sparking concrete prepared by utilizing the machine-made sand provided by the invention has the following advantages: the workability is good; the strength is high; the water-cement ratio is proper; the cost is low; the grade of strength is C20; the preparation method is simple; the setting time can be controlled by adjusting the usage amount of the additive; the construction time is easy to be controlled; concrete construction is convenient; engineering construction cost can be effectively reduced; the non-sparking property, i.e., fireproof and anti-explosion performances, of the concrete can be met; meanwhile, physical and mechanical properties of the concrete can meet the requirements of specification standards.
