Comparative Analysis of DC-DC Boost Converters for Spacecraft Power Supply Systems

This article provides a comparative analysis of DC-DC boost converters. Some converters have soft switching capabilities. All converters are designed for a power of 1 kW with the same requirements for input and output parameters. All circuits are modeled taking into account the real parameters of reactive and semiconductor elements. The article evaluates the specific energy characteristics of converters, as well as their efficiency depending on the switching frequency of the switches.
