The invention relates to an integrated machine with functions of air conditioner, water heater and floor heating thermostat. The integrated machine comprises a host machine and a hot water tank which is connected with the host machine, wherein the host machine of the integrated machine comprises an air conditioning system, a water heating system and a floor heating system; the hot water tank comprises an air conditioning condenser and a hot water condenser; the air conditioning system is connected with the air conditioning condenser; the water heating system is connected with the hot water condenser; and the path for communicating the air conditioning system and the air conditioning condenser is provided with a three-way valve. The integrated machine with functions of air conditioner, water heater and floor heating thermostat of the invention can realize independent water heating, air conditioning refrigerating and heating or floor heating, save energy and reduce installation space and is convenient to use.
