Nowadays more and more independent colleges have been established in accordance with the changing demands of social and economic development, as well as the latest trends in science and technology. It's important to provide activities and programs, which are development-oriented, proactive-and preventive-focused to develop the training pattern of medical students in the independent colleges, and so we suggest promote students ”whole person development”.
