Thermal Decomposition Character of Carbide Sludge on Acetylene by Dry Process at Atmosphere of Carbon Dioxide Experiment

Heat decomposition of carbide sludge on acetylene by dry process is under smoke in the preheater of cement industry,the CO2 atmosphere furnace was adopted in control of the reaction process of carbide sludge in preheater system.With adjusting the temperature,time and the concentration of CO2,it was received that calcium carbonate synthesis in 350～650 ℃ which was not existed in the temperature of 800 ℃ at the CO2 atmosphere.
