Characterization of french coals by small angle X-ray scattering

1990
Small Angle X-ray Scattering has been used to describe the pore structure of coals of the french minibank. This study shows that the porosity of these coals consists essentially of a mesoporosity whose mean size is about 80-100 A radius. This study also contains a comparison of the CERCHAR GRECO minibank coals with an active coal having slit shaped pores
