The invention provides a standardized dairy product base material preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: micro-filtering milk to form a first retention liquid and a first penetrating liquid, wherein the aperture of a filter membrane used in the primary microfiltration process is 1-10[mu]m, and the filter pressure is not greater than 0.1MPa; carrying out ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis on the first penetrating liquid to form a second retention liquid and a second penetrating liquid, wherein the cut-off molecular weight of the aperture of a filter membrane used in the ultrafiltration process is 5000-100000Da, the filter pressure in the ultrafiltration process is 0.1-1MPa, the aperture of a filter membrane in the reverse osmosis process is 0.001-0.01[mu]m, and the filter pressure in the reverse osmosis process is 3.0-6.0Mpa; and mixing the first retention liquid with the second penetrating liquid. The invention also provides a dairy product base material, and a yoghourt preparation method. The base material preparation method guarantees the low denaturation rate of whey proteins, allows a casein ingredient mixture to be properly concentrated, has a simple process, and is suitable for industrial large-scale application.
