The Mechanism of Antitumor Effects of Sonochemistry in the Low Frequency Limited Amplitude Ultrasound

2006
By using 1,3‐diphenylisobenzofuran(DPBF)as a single oxygen trap, Designing a light trapping spot to collect sonoluminescence, the relative loss of DPBF being used to measure the 1O2, productivity.the mechanism of activation of HpD by ultrasound was investigated , the results show the mechanism of single oxygen predominates on the HpD antitumor activated by ultrasonic, the main inducement for producing single oxygen is high temperature hot spot effects after ultrasonic cavitation and luminescence is not strong enough to activate HpD to produce single oxygen.
